Deutsch: Dienstgrad der Seestreitkräfte der Roten Arbeiter und Bauernarmee der UdSSR, Rangabzeichen (1935-1940), Ärmel-Rangabzeichen «Divisions-Kommissar 1en Ranges» (vergleichbar NATO OF-6).
English: Rank of the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army Navy, rank insignia (1935-1940), sleeve insignia «Division commissar» (comparable to NATO OF-6).
