William Cole (second from left), deputy commanding general of Research, Development and Engineering Command and commander of the U.S. Army Natick Soldier Systems Center, stand together during a meet and greet during Panther Assurance, an interoperability deployment readiness exercise, Jan. 16, at Skwierzyna, Poland. Jones and Cole visited 5-7 ADA’s training site along with Antoni Macierewicz, Polish minister of defense, to view 5-7 ADA’s M901 Patriot Launching Stations. Panther Assurance builds fires interoperability between the U.S. and Poland air defense artillery community, making a stronger alliance.
