English: Dismantled Railway, Leybrook Common A way-marked trail from Matchams View car park leads to the course of the old Christchurch to Ringwood railway, which was closed in the 1930s. The end of the trail was not well marked and was very steep. Other than the gap between the trees, there are a few traces of ballast and some concrete fence posts to show where the railway went. |
