Français : Ligne Moulins-Paray, au voisinage immédiat de l'ancienne gare de Diou (03).
Survivance d'une autre époque, la ligne téléphonique servant au cantonnement est à présent déposée, mais les supports toujours en place. Si bien qu'on s'attendrait presque à voir débouler à tout instant, noyée dans une épaisse fumée, une locomotive à vapeur... Au fond, masqué par la cible lumineuse, un TIV indique une vitesse maxi de 85 km/h avant d'aborder le dernier virage menant au viaduc franchissant la Loire, distant d'un peu plus d'1 km, porte d'entrée sur la Bourgogne. Nouveau monde dans lequel la ligne retrouve sa 2ème voie...English: Ligne Moulins-Paray, in the immediate vicinity of the old Diou station (03).
The telephone line between stations is now buried, but in a survival of another era, the support poles are still in place. So much so that we would almost expect to see a steam locomotive come charging down at any moment, drowned in thick smoke... In the background, masked by the luminous target, a TIV indicates a maximum speed of 85 km/h before approaching the last turn. This leads to the viaduct crossing the Loire, a little more than 1 km away, gateway to Burgundy; a new world in which the line returns to its 2nd way... |
