Summary
[edit]DescriptionDinas reservoir - geograph.org.uk - 754249.jpg |
English: Dinas reservoir Seen from the mountain road. It takes its name from the hill in sunshine in the centre, which has a hill fort on top; at the bottom of the hill on the right is Dinas power station, which is fed by a tunnel running from Nant-y-moch reservoir. The powerline in the foreground carries electricity from the Cefn Croes windfarm; the option of burying was discarded to save money. |
