| Description |
Dinan (Côtes-d'Armor) Rue du Petit-Fort. La maison du Gouverneur. Cette maison à pans de bois daterait de la fin du XVe début XVIe siècle. Le nom lui aurait été attribué au XXe siècle. «Elle aurait vraisemblablement appartenu à un des gouverneurs de Dinan», indique Simon Guinebaud, du service patrimoine de la ville. Mais il ne l'aurait pas habitée, puisque la maison est située hors-les-murs. Elle aurait donc été louée, "une pratique fréquente aux 17e et 18e siècles, pour assurer des revenus supplémentaires". Sur d'anciennes cartes postales,on trouve l'appelation "Château-Ganne", nom que la tradition donne au premier château de Dinan. Aux étages on remarque les "portes gerbières", utiles pour monter les encombrants. (Ouest-France 12/08/2013)
