Summary

[edit]
Description

The Dillon Reservoir is located amongst the Gore Range of the Rocky Mountains. Old Dillon is submerged beneath it, since the Denver Water Board decided to build the Dillon Dam in the 1960s. The city was moved to its current location. The Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant is committed to safely destroying chemical weapons while protecting nearby communities, their historic sites and the environment.
