Description The Joseph W. Dessert Library in Mosinee, Wisconsin, is a Victorian public building designed by Alexander Eschweiler and constructed in 1898. Dessert was a French-Canadian who came to Mosinee in 1844 and operated sawmills starting in 1849. The building is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
