Derelict frame with graffiti, Mid-City New Orleans, Sept 2023

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Derelict frame with graffiti, Salcedo Street & Tulane Avenue, Mid-City New Orleans, Sept 2023. Before the Hurricane Katrina Federal Flood in 2005, the structure housed an auto repair shop.

I think a business briefly reopened here a couple of years later, but the structure has been vacant like this for years.
