Description
English: Navy Seaman Kelly Caccamise signals the passing of cargo from the combat stores ship USNS Niagara Falls (T-AFS 3) to the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) while the two ships conduct an under way replenishment in the Persian Gulf on May 22, 2006. Reagan and its embarked Carrier Air Wing 14 are conducting maritime security operations in the Persian Gulf region.
