Summary
[edit]DescriptionDecklights.jpg | Deck lights in the back of a Mitsubishi Diamante. The car is outfitted for use by New Zealand Police as an undercover/detective car (not an unmarked patrol car). The difference is that the setup is only used when absolutely necessary - not when on patrol. The lights may be fitted and activated at such a time as a detective needs to get to a crime scene quickly. |

These are not NZ POLICE ISSUE lights, this is someone impersonating police. The NZ police service does not issue lights for personal vehicles. Do not attempt to impersonate police, you will be caught, arrested and charged.
