Centsprent met 4 x 2 houtsneden met een omkadering van een poppenkast. Bevat een verhaal over Jan Klaassen en Katrijn, zonder humor en met veel geweld. Jan laat hun kind vallen en het is dood. Daarop slaat Katrijn hem en wordt de dokter besteld. Jan slaat Katrijn zo dat ze bezwijkt en een diender wil hem in de boeien slaan. Harlekijn komt Jan vertellen dat hij opgehangen zal worden. Een hond kluift aan Jans neus. Jan wil hem slaan. Dan komt een beul, en Jan slaat de beul dood.Met zesregelige rijmende onderschriften.
