Nederlands: Het aardenwerken kunstwerk (1971) van de kunstenaar Joop PuntmanIn hangt sinds 2024 in de algemene ruimte van het voormalig verzorgingshuis De Golfslag .
Het is een wandplastiek, geboetseerd van chamotte, dat is een gebakken product van klei wat daarna bij hoge temperatuur is geglazuurd. Het is gebakken bij het Limburgse pottebakkersbedrijf ‘Het Ambacht’ in Haalderen. Het typisch Noordoostpolder-drooglegging tafereeltje toont een man dat met zijn met zijn hoge laarzen in de nieuwe poldergrond staat. In zijn ene hand trekt hij een visnet omhoog, in zijn andere hand toont hij het koren van het land. Golven, vissen, een vogel en een schip maken het verhaaltje rond: eens zee, nu land. |
