Description
English: Holly at the front of the David Crabill House, located above the western banks of the C.J. Brown Reservoir northeast of Springfield in Moorefield Township, Clark County, Ohio, United States. Because the house has no rain gutters, the snow atop the roof that was melted by sunlight in previous days simply fell off the roof onto plants such as this one, causing the prominent icicles seen here. Located within Buck Creek State Park, the house was built in 1830; today, it is operated as a living history museum by the Clark County Historical Society, and it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
