Description
Deutsch: Das Fachwerkhaus befindet sich in der Ruhrstraße 69 in Essen-Kettwig, Deutschland. Seit 1817 diente dieses Gebäude als preußische Poststelle, bis 1848 ein Wirtshaus daraus wurde. Es galt als Treffpunkt der Demokraten, woraus sich der Name des heutigen "Parlament" ableitet. Neben der Tür ist eine Balkentafel eingelassen die auf den Jakobus Pilgerweg hindeutet. Die Inschrift stammt von 1645 und es ist belegt das die Tafel früher zum Haus "Am Staat" (Mühlengraben 1) gehörte.
