Summary

[edit]
Description

Never eschew the bargain bench. This was a small specimen, rather wobbly on it's roots as I recall, from what used to be Eastwood's Nursery in North Brighton; one of a dying breed of small independent garden centres.

A good ten feet tall now, It just shows what they can do given the chance. This is on a south-facing exposure. The soil is chalky but not dry or impoverished.
