Damaged bridge - Easington Beck

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Damaged bridge - Easington Beck For a considerable part of its course, Easington Beck flows through a narrow, steep-sided, V-shaped valley. Consequently, in periods of heavy rainfall, significantly large volumes of fast-flowing water pass through the valley which can have a disastrous influence on things that get in its way - as is illustrated by the damaged bridge shown in this picture.
