Description
English: Detail from the page "Insigne Comitatus Blekingiae" in Erik Dahlbergh's Suecia antiqua et hodierna. The picture was engraved by Johannes van den Aveelen in 1712.
Svenska: Detalj från titelbladet till Blekingedelen av Suecia-verket. I bakgrunden avbildas kung Valdemars lärde som söker tolka Runamorunorna. I förgrunden ses en man i 1600-talskläder som pekar på ordet "Lund", det enda som man då trodde sig kunna läsa. Runbandets utseende är troligen kopierat efter Ole Worms avbildning i Danicorum monumentorum, 1643.
