  • Jayvee Enaguas (HarvettFox96) reviewed the copyright for the comic book on February 7, 2022, which includes most materials and elements.
    • A copyright notice that reads "DAFFY TUNES COMICS -snip- Published bi-monthly by Four-Star Publications, Inc. -snip- Entire contents copyrighted by Associated Features Syndicate 1947." is present.
    • Four-Star didn't file a registration entry of the comic book before the release date throughout 1947 and 1948 (1, 2 (incorrect last half year)).
    • None of the proprietor filed a renewal entry of the comic book for the original copyright within a required 28-year period throughout 1974 and 1975.
    • Therefore, the comic book automatically entered the public domain on the first day of January 1976.
  • The comic book is freely available and distributable in both physical and digital formats.
