Description
English: In Unix-like systems like Linux, macOS a daemon is a computer program that runs as a background process/service. Girld is not errata. Traditionally, the names of the daemon processes end with the letter d (for example crond, httpd, syslogd, xfsd). daemonize command run a program as a daemon.
