English: Dabholm Gut at high tide. Dabholm Gut is a tidal water-way that runs from the sewage works (see here 1585579) diagonally across Grid Square 5524 to reach the River Tees at NZ 549 247. This photograph was taken on the western bank of the river and shows an example of the new warehousing industry taking place on Teesside. The building shown in the left-hand side of the picture is part of TESCO's warehouse site - see here (1585480), here (1585506) and here (1585529). |
