Deutsch: Wappen der ehemaligen Gemeinde Ledde, seit 1975 Stadtteil von Tecklenburg: „In Silber (Weiß) über einem mit einer silbernen (weißen) Grubenlampe belegten roten Dreiberg, zwei rote Pflugscharen.“
Die Pflugscharen symbolisieren die Landwirtschaft, während die Grubenlampe auf die Bergbautradition hinweist. Die Farben sind die der ehemaligen Grafschaft Tecklenburg.
English: „Argent, above a triple mountain gules with a mine lamp Argent, two plowshares gules.“
The arms show the three mountains arround Ledde with plowshares, which symbolise the agriculture and the lamp which symbolise the traditional mining in the area. The colours are derived from the former county of Tecklenburg. |
