Deutsch: Das von Heinz Ritt entworfene Wappen wurde am 6. Mai 1977 vom Hessischen Innenministerium genehmigt. Der Turm symbolisiert die Burg Linsingen; der kleine Herzschild entstammt dem Wappen der Herren von Linsingen. Die Eichenblätter und Farben beziehen sich auf den Waldreichtum; die Eicheln stehen für die fünf Ortsteile.
