Deutsch: Das Wappen steht redend für den Ortsnamen. Fischeln soll in früheren Zeiten an einem Rheinarm gelegen haben, der sehr fischreich war. Daraus soll dann später der Name Fischeln entstanden sein. Der Anker mit dem Schiffstau verweist darauf sowie auf den Märtyrertod des hl. Clemens, Schutzpatron der Gemeinde. Der grüne Schild symbolisiert die Natur und die Landwirtschaft. Das Wappen ist abgeleitet von einem Amtssiegel um 1850.
