English: Pakhal (water rice) Is famous food of odisha . It's present in every odia people house. Specially in the summer month it gives self satisfaction. For the more special effect you can eat this with Drumstick, fry fish, Kakharu fula Pithau( pumpkin flower) , Saga kharada ( It's a mixture of leafs - drumstick leafs, pumpkin leafs, kosala leafs) & the most delicious food the mango that make this pakhal more Enjoyable & Tasty .
Manda Pitha - After finishing the above Cuisine with Pakhal. At the final you can have manda pitha ( Manda pitha is a famous festive dish. Which is prepared by Rice powder With coconut, Jaggery, chenna then it cooks by steam process. It's like an Odisha momo. But it doesn't prepare with maida . After having these two dishes people will again want for these two foods . |
