Description

Russia uses the saw of General Strike to cut off the branch he sits on from the Civilization tree; Universal Suffrage, Legislative Assembly, Concessions, Bureaucracy and the Czar will go down with him. The caption reads "Russia - I guess this will fix the Little Father a plenty." Russian workers had called for a general strike across the entire country, despite numerous concessions and reforms from the government, because they wanted to get rid of the czar entirely.
