In addition to the instruction at the MissionSchool, any of the pupils who choose call at MissCarters house on Sunday evenings — and week-daysalso if they find it convenient. Besides she oftengives lessons during her visits at their places ofbusiness. Their conduct and their treatment of herand the other teachers has always been respectfuland courteous.
