Description

A closeup of Colorado's southernmost 14er, Culebra Peak (14,047'), taken from about eight miles south of Fort Garland and eight miles north of San Luis.

Culebra Peak has three summits - two false and one true. The TRUE summit is in the dead center of the photo, while the west false summit is slightly right of center. The east false summit (not seen in this photo) can be seen from near the village of Stonewall (this photo).
