English: Cave at the archaeological site of Atapuerca (Sierra Atapuerca), an ancient karstic region, Province of Burgos, Castile-Leon, Spain. There are several caves such as the Gran Dolina, where fossils and stone tools of the earliest known hominids in Europe have been found. The site is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
