| Description |
English: Cromer station, 1991. View eastward, to the buffer-stops: former Midland & Great Northern Cromer Beach terminus of the M&GN line from Melton Constable via Sheringham and of the Norfolk & Suffolk Joint (GE & M&GN) line from Mundesley-on-Sea. The latter line was closed 7/4/53 and Melton Constable - Sheringham closed on 6/4/64. The ex-Great Eastern Cromer (High) terminus of the 'Bittern Line' from Norwich was closed 5/10/64 and those trains have since reversed here before continuing to Sheringham. |
