C, at its last meetingadopted resolutions that no member shouldsell or rent property to colored persons un-less forced to do so by virtue of the factthat the adjacent property was already occu-pied by colored tenants; and, further, thatthey should not deal with any real-estateagent who tried to place colored persons intheir neighborhood.
