Summary
[edit]DescriptionCourse Setting Bomb Sight Mk X.jpg |
English: The Course Setting Bomb Sight Mk. X was the last version in this venerable line of "vector bombsights", and represents a dramatic change in form from earlier models. The compass, normally on the round metal plate on the left, is missing.
In this case, the operational details of the device are not as obvious as those in previous versions. The mechanisms representing the various vectors of a conventional navigation diagram have been made entirely internal to the main frame of the device, and are set by a series of dials and associated scales on the sides. |
