Omschrijving: Aan de voorzijde zweven op een rond voetstuk drie putti op een wolk, terwijl ze een sterk opbollend zeil of doek vasthouden, waarachter zich vier andere putti zwevend en tuimelend schuilen voor de sterke wind. Het doek fungeert als schaal. Gesigneerd met stempel: J. Chéret (op de zijkant boven de ronde voet). De bijgemaakte draaibare voet van hout is Engels en is gemerkt met een rond plaatje: Bellman & Ivey Manufacturers of Pedestals for Statuary &c. to the Queen 1851, Prize Medals 1862, 95 Wigmore Str.
