Dexter part of the shield was granted by Alexander II of Russia on 25 April 1890 given in Gatchina Palace, Russia. Sinister part of the shield was granted to von Reutern noble family on 21 June 1691 in Germany and Sweden.[1] [2] "By the Sovereign's Decree given to the Government Senate on the 20th day of January 1890. Michael von Reutern, The Secretary of State, Statesman, the Secret Privy Councilor, in retribution of his half-century zealous and useful service to the Crown and the Fatherland and to commemorate the special Sovereign's favor, was graciously erected to the dignity of the Count of the Russian Empire."[3] Escutcheon Dexter: Or, a double-headed eagle displayed Sable, armed and langued Gules, crowned Proper; with an escutcheon Gules, a (AII) monogram of Alexander II of Russia Or, and Order of St. Andrew the Apostle the First-Called chain around it. Sinister: Azure, a bend Or charged with three bees Azure and three coins Argent on either side dexter (von Reutern) CoronetA coronet of a Count degree 'Crest Issuant from a Count coronet Or a pair of wings Azure each charged with 3 coins Argent.Русский: Герб Графов фон Рейтерн. Левая часть герба, указом Алесандра II была внесёна 25 апреля 1890 году в Часть 15 Общего гербовника дворянских родов Всероссийской империи, стр. 6. Правая часть щита была внесена в Гербовник дворян Германии и Швеции 21 июня 1691г..
"Именным Высочайшим Указом данным Правительствующему Сенату в 20-й день Января 1890 года, Статс-Секретарь, Член Государственного Совета, Действительный Тайный Советник Михаил Христофорович фон Рейтерн, в воздаяние его полувековой ревностной и полезной службы Престолу и Отечеству и в ознаменование особого Монаршего благоволения, Всемилостивейше возвели в Графское достоинство Российской Империи." Щит рассеченный. В правой золотой части прилегающая к линии рассечения правая половина государственного орла с золотым вензелевым изображением Имени Его Величества Александра II (АII) в червленом грудном щитке, окруженное цепью ордена Св. Андрея Первозванного. В левой лазуревой части золотая перевязь вправо, обремененная тремя лазуревыми пчелами и сопровождаемая шестью серебряными монетами, тремя сверху и тремя снизу (родовой герб Дворян фон Рейтерн). Щит украшен графскою короною и увенчан дворянским шлемом, покрытым бурелетом, перевитым золотом и лазурью. Нашлемник : два лазуревых орлиные крыла, обремененные каждое тремя серебряными монетами. Намет лазуревый с золотом. |
