Français : Diagnostic original : Fibrosarcome des tendons de la région oléo-cranienne. Diagnostic actualisé : Fibrosarcome. Histoire : Homme de 56 ans avec masse au coude droit. Amputation du bras droit. Description macroscopie : Amputation du bras droit. Au niveau du tiers postérieur et inférieur du bras, il y a une masse arrondie bien délimitée de consistance très ferme et de coloration blanc nacré. Cette masse infiltre le tissu musculaire et les tendons de la région supra-olécranienne et également les segments inférieurs de la diaphyse humérale. L'os cependant n'est que partiellement infiltré et le néoplasme s'arrête à quelques millimètres de son bord antérieur. Description microscopie : Il s'agit d'un sarcome dense et monomorphe constitué par une prolifération de cellules allongées et à protoplasme relativement abondant et clair qui sont régulièrement séparées les unes des autres par des bandes rectilignes de collagène dense. Année du prélèvement : 1952.
