Title
Copper-alloy Roman buckle
Description
English: This is a copper-alloy buckle. It is a single looped buckle that is missing its pin and buckle plate. The buckle is quite ornate, with a possible zoomorphic design at the strap-bar. This may represent two fish or dolphins, although the buckle is quite worn and this is uncertain. It is likely that this artefact is Roman in date.
