Español: Conversatorio "Tecnología y derechos culturales para el siglo XXI", que tuvo lugar en la Casa Central de la Universidad de Chile, organizado por Wikimedia Chile, la ONG Derechos Digitales, la Facultad de Comunicación e Imagen de la Universidad de Chile y la Vicerrectoría de Extensión y Comunicaciones de la Universidad de Chile. En el evento se expusieron ideas sobre cómo avanzar en una agenda gubernamental que reconozca y promueva los derechos culturales y el acceso abierto al conocimiento.
En la foto se puede ver al panel a cargo del conversatorio (de izquierda a derecha): la directora ejecutiva de Wikimedia Chile, Patricia Díaz Rubio, quien moderó el debate, la periodista y académica de FCEI, Patricia Peña, el abogado e investigador Rodrigo Vargas, la especialista en Public Policy para Latinoamérica y el Caribe en Wikimedia Foundation, Amalia Toledo, y el director de incidencia en Derechos Digitales, Vladimir Garay. |
