Català: El Conreu i Consum de Pèsol Negre és un element inclòs a l'inventari del patrimoni cultural immaterial del Parc Natural del Cadí-Moixeró, inventari realitzat per Institut del Patrimoni Cultural Immaterial (IPACIM).
Camps de cultiu a l’entorn del poble de Gósol i al veïnat de Sorribes (Berguedà). Es produeix en menor quantitat a altres localitzacions del Berguedà, però és a l’entorn del poble de Gósol on el seu cultiu està més arrelat i documentat. El pèsol és una planta originària d’Àsia Menor, des d’on es va estendre cap a Europa fa més de 5.000 anys, com corroboren les troballes de diversos jaciments de l’època neolítica. D’aquella època n’hi ha restes documentades a Andorra, però no al Berguedà, de moment. El pèsol negre és una varietat conreada de la mateixa espècies i les referències més antigues que en tenim en aquesta comarca es remunten al segle XVIII. El pèsol negre havia estat tradicionalment un producte conreat a l’Alt Berguedà, l’Alt Urgell i l’Alt Solsonès, però actualment només es cultiva en algunes zones de l’Alt Berguedà.
English: The Cultivation and Consumption of Black Pea is an element included in the inventory of the intangible cultural heritage of the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park, an inventory carried out by the Institute of Immaterial Cultural Heritage (IPACIM).
Crop fields around the town of Gósol and in the neighborhood of Sorribes (Berguedà). It is produced in smaller quantities in other locations in Berguedà, but it is around the town of Gósol where its cultivation is more rooted and documented. The pea is a plant originally from Asia Minor, from where it spread towards Europe more than 5,000 years ago, as corroborated by the findings of several sites of the neolithic era. From that time there are documented remains in Andorra, but not in Berguedà, at the moment. The black pea is a cultivated variety of the same species and the oldest references we have in this region go back to the 18th century. The black pea had traditionally been a product grown in Alt Berguedà, Alt Urgell and Alt Solsonès, but it is currently only grown in some areas of Alt Berguedà.
