Description El Pleno del Congreso, que preside, Daniel Abugattás, aprobó el miércoles 11 la ley que concede amnistía por 120 días para que las personas regularicen o entreguen las armas que poseen ilegal o irregularmente a la autoridad correspondiente para que sean internadas en la Discamec. También se autorizó al Jefe del Estado a viajar a España y Suiza del 24 al 30 del presente y se facultó a la Comisión Permanante a legislar el mes de febrero, entre otras normas.
