Description
English: Annotated conceptual translation of the human C20orf144 gene created using Bioline. The C20orf144 mRNA (Accession: NM_080825) and the C20orf144 protein (Accession: NP_543015.1) are shown in lower-case letters and upper-case letters, respectively. The disordered regions of the protein are highlighted in gray. The boundary between exons 1 and 2 is shown in blue text. The most conserved amino acids are bolded. The most conserved amino acids among strict orthologs in the C-terminus are bolded and in green text. The polyA signal is in orange text and the polyA site in red text.
