English:

The moth is tannish on the top of the body and dark rings on the lower abdomen. The wings are white in the middle and dark around the edges. There are dark lines that run from through the wings from the body outward. The top set of wings are dark near the body with the lower wings are copper colored near the body. The thick antenna are perpendicular to the body which appears fuzzy.

Common. This species range is eastern U.S.; adults are active April-August. Larvae feed on hawthorn, snowberry, honeysuckle, and Prunus trees. Strictly diurnal, nectaring at flowers.
