Harry Hutchinson, 81st Training Wing command chief, following the presentation of the Legion of Merit during his retirement ceremony at the Roberts Consolidated Aircraft Maintenance Facility Aug. 19, 2016, on Keesler AFB, Miss. Hutchinson retired with more than 29 years of military service and served multiple assignments in Washington, Korea, Maryland, Japan, Nevada, South Dakota and Africa. He also worked as the superintendent of the U.S. Army’s RED HORSE sites in Iraq and Afghanistan and the Air Force’s 732nd Expeditionary Prime BEEF squadron.
