English: U.S. Army Spc. Gregory Ream, North Carolina National Guard, 883rd Engineer Company (Sapper), asks a driver to exit the vehicle to conduct a vehicle search during the Combat Engineer reclassification course at McCrady Training Site in Eastover, S.C., Dec. 6, 2015.
The South Carolina National Guard, 218th Regiment (Leadership), 1st Battalion conducts the two-week qualification course for Soldiers who are reclassifying to Combat Engineers. During the course, Soldiers will learn how to properly search vehicles, build bridges, conduct demolition, sweep for and react to Improvised Explosive Devices, breeching and more.
