Description
English: This photograph is of the columns that surround the Jefferson Memorial in Washington, DC. It was taken a few minutes after the President of the United States left. Since the public was not allowed inside during the visit, I made sure I was one of the first people back inside so that I could take this picture before it filled back up with people.
Date Taken on 2 July 2001
Source Own work. The image previously appeared in a free screensaver I offered, but I no longer have it available through my site.
