Italiano: Colonia fungina isolata dalla semina di campioni di suolo rizosferico prelevati tra le radici di alberi di pioppo e acero. L'isolamento di ceppi fungini su un mezzi di coltura ha reso possibile lo studio delle caratteristiche fenotipiche (morfologia di colonia e cellulare) delle colonie e la creazione di una ceppoteca di base. Lo studio di tesi prevedeva la raccolta di risultati riguardanti la biodiversità microbica per paragonarla a popolazioni microbiche presenti nel suolo rizosferico di alberi che sono target diretti (pioppi ad impollinazione entomofila) o indiretti (aceri ad impollinazione anemofila) di impollinazioni di colture geneticamente modificate.
English: Fungal colony isolated from rhizospheric soil samples taken between the roots of poplar and maple trees. The isolation of fungal strains on a culture medium made it possible to study the phenotypic characteristics (colony and cell morphology) of the colonies and the creation of a basic strain. The thesis study included the collection of results concerning microbial biodiversity to compare it to microbial populations present in the rhizospheric soil of trees that are direct targets (poplars with entomophilic pollination) or indirect targets (maples with anemophilous pollination) of pollinations of genetically modified crops. |
