| Description |
English: Tottenham Chances - now known as TChances Arts & Music Centre - is at 399 High Road, N17 6QN. (The building was previously Tottenham Royal British Legion.)
The wall and tree are at the north-eastern corner of its land. Over several years the low wall appears to have been slowly collapsing at this spot. Possibly due to the movement of tree roots. As well as a few bricks from the wall falling on the pavement, it seem that soil is being washed down the slope removing it from the root ball. I suggested that Haringey Council's Arboriculture team inspect to ensure there is no danger.
