Español: En una cabaña de pino al pie de la carretera se encuentra una fondita de paso para quienes van de la ciudad de Oaxaca a Puerto escondido (o viceversa). En dicho lugar lo primero que se puede apreciar es el aroma de los arboles y una brisa fría muy acorde a el clima de San José del Pacífico.
Al ingresar al lugar se puede observar una cartulina que indica que puedes encontrar café de olla y desayunos y del lado derecho se puede observar a María, la cocinera del lugar quien parece estar en medio de una escena que fue hecha para ser admirada mientras disfrutas de un pedazo de tasajo con tortillas recién bajadas de la lumbre y una taza de café que te ayuda a olvidar ese temblor de piernas por el frio. La imagen salió de manera muy spontanea mientras María preparaba uno de los desayunos, rodeada de sus utensilios de cocina y parada enfrente de un gran comal, la luz de las 11 de la mañana hace honor a una cocinera que todas las mañanas se levanta a dar un poco de sabor Oaxaqueño a los cientos de visitantes que pasan por esta carretera todos los días. |
