But, look more closely a little earlier. That reference is for the diagram, not the electron micograph that later appeared in the video below the diagram, as I verified. I looked through all the available publications from Dr. Bonifacino. That image is not in any of them. I googled "coated vesicles". It's not there. Dr. Bonifacino has published many images of vesicles with antibody staining of one sort or another. I believe that this image is one of his "control", never published, images, and as an employee of the NIH I believe that this is a public domain image, which, incidentally, The Commons needs, since I've looked through all 1900+ images and there is nothing like it. |
