Герб зарегистрирован в Государственном геральдическом регистре РФ под № 11253.
Геральдическое описание:
В лазоревом (синем, голубом) поле золотая обращенная и обернувшаяся жар-птица со сложенными крыльями и выгнутыми вниз и поднятым вверх хвостом, частично возникающем снизу слева, перья которого завершены наподобие луковичных куполов. Щит увенчан муниципальной короной установленного образца.
Обоснование символики :
Жар-птица напоминает о местном фольклоре и памятниках зодчества. Лазурь символизирует Онегу.
Утвержден : Решением Совета Великогубского сельского поселения от 21 декабря 2016 года № 162.
