English: Coat of arms of the Danish town Aakirkeby on the island of Bornholm. The arms are based on the oldest known seal of the town from 1584. The arms show St. John with his beaker and snake symbols to whom the main church in the town is devoted to.
Dansk: Aakirkebys byvåben. Våbnet er baseret på byens ældst kendte segl fra 1584. Våbnet viser skt. Johannes, til hvem Aa Kirke, der har lagt navn til byen, er viet. |
